Our company is looking for a VP, Demand Generation to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with marketing managers and content managers to determine messaging and content to improve message effectiveness;
  • Manage database, email deliverability and email best practices;
  • Work effectively as a team member with other members of management;
  • Digital and campaign performance, making recommendations for future improvements based on test results, customer input and your own creative ideas;
  • Cascade annual plans to team members to operationalize and report progress against regularly;
  • Manage designers to produce create engaging, high performing digital campaigns;
  • Lead the account-based marketing team and drive accountability to performance results across targeted enterprise accounts;
  • Implement a culture of testing to continuously improve campaigns and program results;
  • Manage marketing operations and the marketing tech stack including Marketo, Salesforce, and other demand generation systems;
  • Manage team members’ performance including formal reviews, establishing departmental and individual objectives and performing applicable assessments;
  • Manage content contributors and designers to design, implement and analyze tests to improve email performance and customer engagement;
  • Lead and mentor both direct and indirect reports with the goal of improving their professional expertise to better serve business initiatives;
  • Ensure that business is conducted with integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and core competencies.

Requirements:

  • Growth mindset with results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating);
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise documents;
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail;
  • Hands on experience in leading campaign creation using an enterprise-level marketing automation solutions, ideally Marketo & Salesforce;
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve;
  • Experience in designing, building, and optimizing websites, social pages, SEO/SEM campaigns;
  • 8+ years of successive demand generation experiences in B2B organizations;
  • 5+ years of managing demand generation and customer engagement programs in technology/software space (or equivalent skills and knowledge);
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle/nurturing marketing, segmentation and testing strategies;
  • Strong track record of driving leads and funnel conversion programs;
  • Experience in driving a culture to adopt A/B testing and optimization practices;
  • Team player and dedicated people manager passionate about learning and coaching;
  • Self-motivated and willing to contribute to a strong team environment;
  • Ability to articulate and champion digital campaign best practices;
  • Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail.
