Our company is looking for a Acquisition Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Compile and develop cost estimation and acquisition program baseline documentation;
  • Conduct market research, develop requests for information, and review responses and industry outreach;
  • Develop solicitations using Other Transaction Authority and guide execution;
  • Perform pre-acquisition activities, such as assisting in requirements definition;
  • Develop market research plans, analyses, and acquisition plans;
  • Manage and support the acquisition process from requirements definition through contract closeout;
  • Provide quality control support for and detailed analysis of acquisition, deployment, and sustainment requirements;
  • Develop and update program management plans and life-cycle cost estimates;
  • Develop and update contract management plans and other artifacts required by DHS MD 102-02 and the systems engineering life cycle.

Requirements:

  • DAWIA Level I Certification in Program Management;
  • Requires experience with the Navy PPBE process;
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree;
  • Highly organized and able to work to short time lines;
  • Experience working in a resource sponsor or other Pentagon office;
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within Federal contracting;
  • Excellent analytical skills, coupled with a strong sense of ownership, urgency and drive;
  • Experience providing procurement support to NASA;
  • Proficiency in preparing bids and negotiating specifications and contractual provisions;
  • Possession of excellent oral and written skills;
  • 8+ years of experience with acquisition and program management support in a DoD program office;
  • PBIS and/or ERP Experience;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products;
  • MA or MS degree;
  • Bachelor’s degree.
