Our company is looking for a Inventory Control Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Research service, inventory and carrier issues, develop resolution and implement solutions to correct reoccurring issues;
  • Manage export and sample orders through 3PLs; review billing and ensure documentation for shipments is accurate;
  • Process correcting adjustments as needed;
  • Partners with Accounting and Warehouse toresolve and communicate receipt discrepancies;
  • Responsible for system accuracy for inventory on hand, reconciliation and balancing between WMS and Inventory sub ledgers;
  • Track receipts and partner with vendors toensure on time delivery;
  • Assist in implementation and testing of inventory system application;
  • Provides information to Manager for sales auditof reserves on RTV’s;
  • Report and coordinate with Inventory Accounting staff and IT department for system issues, maintenance and development;
  • Oversees Return to Vendor store transfers andthe returning of product back to Vendor from DC;
  • Monitor and report on in-transit inventory from Distribution Center to Stores and Store to Store;
  • Creates, maintains and distributes weeklyinventory related reports for corporate and field;
  • Alert Buying team on inventory receipt issues tomaintain proper inventory flow into DC and Photo studio;
  • Coordinate with Buying Team and Brand partnersto ensure proper freight coordination, vendor charge backs, ticketing, shipmentlateness and accuracy;
  • Create and maintain inventory roll-forwards.

Requirements:

  • Ability to learn electronic data interchange (EDI) and maintain integrity of data exchanges;
  • Relevant work experience;
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and a flexible schedule 10% of the time;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and computer skills;
  • Follow departmental and company safety policies and programs;
  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Long periods of time requiring intense concentration in an open area office space;
  • Frequently stationary for long periods of time utilizing office equipment and/or computers;
  • Escalate error findings to allow to meet outbound Turn time and shipping dates;
  • Walk through distribution shipping dock and visually check all cartons of countries requiring VAS have correct VAS markings;
  • Travel overnight/ multi-night to plants, 3PL and/or customers as needed;
  • Work in a frozen environment for short periods of time;
  • Skilled in use of PC, Microsoft Office, ERP and logistics software systems, with specific emphasis on spreadsheet applications;
  • Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
  • Detail oriented.
