Responsibilities:
- Manage new inventory purchase orders with overseas vendors;
- Review inventory receipts for accuracy and work to resolve discrepancies;
- Manage weekly inventory reconciliation with Operations team;
- Manage inventory reporting to lenders and financing partners;
- Prepare and distribute information on various product lines;
- Review status of product replenishment for efficient distribution of items;
- Day-to-day general administrative tasks;
- Provide timely creation and distribution of inventory and sales reports as requested;
- Submit purchase order requisitions;
- Develop and compile statistical and descriptive reports, inventory summary sheets and detailed reports;
- Oversee and direct both monthly and yearly inventory reconciliations;
- Maintaining information on our extensive product spec sheets. Requires a candidate to be very meticulous with details;
- Disposition of excess and obsolete inventory;
- Analyze size selling and recommend pack sizes to service customer demand;
