Our company is looking for a Inventory Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage new inventory purchase orders with overseas vendors;
  • Review inventory receipts for accuracy and work to resolve discrepancies;
  • Manage weekly inventory reconciliation with Operations team;
  • Manage inventory reporting to lenders and financing partners;
  • Prepare and distribute information on various product lines;
  • Review status of product replenishment for efficient distribution of items;
  • Day-to-day general administrative tasks;
  • Provide timely creation and distribution of inventory and sales reports as requested;
  • Submit purchase order requisitions;
  • Develop and compile statistical and descriptive reports, inventory summary sheets and detailed reports;
  • Oversee and direct both monthly and yearly inventory reconciliations;
  • Maintaining information on our extensive product spec sheets. Requires a candidate to be very meticulous with details;
  • Disposition of excess and obsolete inventory;
  • Analyze size selling and recommend pack sizes to service customer demand;
  • Initiate conversation with management and cross functional partners to provide recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Strong Understanding of G-Suite;

  • RETAIL EXPERIENCE – Prior retail experience is a plus;
  • EDUCATION- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or related field;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • BS Degree with 2 – 4 years of experience in an inventory, or purchasing related function;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required;
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
