Our company is looking for a Search Engine Optimization Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Developing link building strategies;
- Work with technical teams to determine & build strategies for technical SEO implementation;
- Manage linkbuilding campaigns;
- Onsite and offsite strategies;
- Managing an offshore SEO team;
- Link all digital activities to tactical results in terms of reach, sales growth and return on investment;
- Work with multiple levels of agency teams to provide the best organic search experience possible;
- Display a thorough understanding of each client, their business, and their competitive landscape;
- Work on multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating the ability to multi-task while hitting tight client deadlines;
- Demonstrate holistic awareness of SEO and emerging digital marketing trends, and contribute to thought leadership within the organization;
- Exhibit a relentless interest in advancing the success of our clients & agency.
Requirements:
- A solid understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization / A/B Testing) a plus;
- Ability to manage processes & projects across several clients at a time;
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
- Working knowledge of HTML, PHP, Javascript, and/or CSS a huge plus;
- A thorough understanding of key search engine ranking factors;
- Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Microsoft Office Applications;
- Ability to conduct relevant keyword research and make recommendations;
- Ability to interpret analytics data and identify actionable opportunities;
- Familiarity and experience with Screaming Frog, MOZ, SEMRush, Brightedge, Conductor, and/or other industry tools;
- 3+ years’ work experience in an SEO-heavy environment and/or specifically with SEO;
- Proven ability to autonomously manage an ongoing SEO campaign;
- A thorough understanding of and the ability to conduct detailed on-site optimization;
- Expert knowledge of all aspects of SEO.
