Our company is looking for a Client Success Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide business insight to senior stakeholders and help define customer experience;
  • Serve as advocate for software and assist clients with questions and/or concerns;
  • Identify ways to improve onboarding, customer support, and account management processes;
  • Escalate and resolve issues in a timely manner;
  • Become a SME where it relates to software;
  • Develop trusted relationships with new and existing clients and ensure satisfaction with software product.

Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills;
  • Experience in private equity or hedge fund administrative firm preferred;
  • 2+ years of experience within client service/support/success role within financial service;
  • Great verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience in and or knowledge of financial services and investment management a plus;
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships;
  • 1-2 years’ experience in client services at fintech provider or elsewhere a plus;
  • Must be assertive, detail-oriented and self-directed;
  • Possess and demonstrate leadership skills and ability;
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, including written, oral, and presentation skills;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment that requires quick turnaround and quality output;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently;
  • BA/BS in business, finance or related concentration;
  • Client and team-oriented attitude.
