  • Work alongside HR team assisting in recruiting, updating job posting, scheduling interviews, and assisting with prehire process;
  • Coordinate meetings and events;
  • Support HR team with benefit enrollment;

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, statistic and organizational skills;
  • Highly organized and timeline driven;
  • Human Resources and/or manufacturingexperience a plus;
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness and initiative in dealing with daily assignments;
  • Must be detail oriented;
  • Experience in Google docs preferred, but not required;
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices helpful;
  • Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of Human Resources work;
  • HS Diploma or GED;
  • Excellent organizer with with organizational ability for projects, events, etc;
  • Integrity and confidentialy a must;
  • Do you have prior experience in Human Resources?
  • Drug Test;
  • Organization and confidentiality is a must;
  • A degree. certificate of training and business school beyond high school a plus.
