Office Supervisor Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Office Supervisor to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Taking Sales Orders – input into system;
- Customer service (phone, email);
- Accounts Receivable – posting payments (no collections);
- Invoicing;
- Shipping – managing orders – printing shipping labels and insuring that orders are sent as promised;
- Bank Reconciliations;
- Accounts Payable – entering invoices into system;
- Open and process mail.
Requirements:
- Self-starter;
- Knowledge of Peachtree preferred, or other accounting software such as QuickBooks, knowledge of Sage 50 is a plus;
- 4+ years similar experience;
- AP/AR knowledge, bank reconciliations;
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
