Our company is looking for a Office Supervisor to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking Sales Orders – input into system;
  • Customer service (phone, email);
  • Accounts Receivable – posting payments (no collections);
  • Invoicing;
  • Shipping – managing orders – printing shipping labels and insuring that orders are sent as promised;
  • Bank Reconciliations;
  • Accounts Payable – entering invoices into system;
  • Open and process mail.

Requirements:

  • Self-starter;
  • Knowledge of Peachtree preferred, or other accounting software such as QuickBooks, knowledge of Sage 50 is a plus;
  • 4+ years similar experience;
  • AP/AR knowledge, bank reconciliations;
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
