Our company is looking for a Stock Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform carry-out service and retrieve carts in parking lot;
  • Maintain the loading dock and customer hold area;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Perform daily opening and closing tasks;
  • Assist other departments as needed;
  • Ensure standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and organization in stockroom and on selling floor;
  • Occasionally assist customers, if Stylist are not available;
  • Maintain stockroom by organizing, cleaning and adjusting replenishment inventory for optimal space;
  • Place new merchandise on the sales floor in accordance with moon map & visual standards;
  • Perform ecommerce checks;
  • Handling stock checks;
  • Support and partner with the manager on the execution of the bi-annual store inventory initiative;
  • Replenish merchandise on the sales floor or retain in replenishment bins/shelves or racks;
  • Transferring units throughout stores and the warehouse;
  • Ship merchandise to customer(s), store(s) and distribution center.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends and holidays as needed;
  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently;
  • Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours);
  • Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently;
  • Work is performed in areas with weather extremes of heat and cold, and wet conditions;
  • Strong eye for details;
  • Given the seasonality of the business, this position may require flexible, additional working hours during peak periods;
  • Ability to be mobile for extended periods of time;
  • Ability to operate and read scanning equipment for extended periods of time;
  • Strong planning and time-management skills, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Ability to lift and mobilize medium to large items, up to 100 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques;
  • Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to multi-task and work simultaneously with different departments;
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills.
