Systems Engineer Intern Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Systems Engineer Intern to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure services running smoothly;
- Customize and QA Raspberry Pi images;
- Other technical-related tasks;
- Develop and QA Docker containers and services;
- Hardware/software troubleshooting and testing;
- Communicate regularly with the OLE team using Gitter.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Travis CI;
- Experience with Git;
- Understanding of IP networks;
- Familiarity with Markdown;
- An active user of GitHub or similar platform;
- Working knowledge of non-SQL databases, such as Apache CouchDB;
- Experience with Bash;
- Familiarity with Docker;
- Working knowledge of Linux, in particular with Raspbian (the Debian-derived OS for Raspberry Pi);
- Familiarity with computer hardware and open source platforms;
- Owning a Raspberry Pi 3.
