Technical Sourcer Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Technical Sourcer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit top talent by creating and executing innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns;
 - Partner with recruiting team members to ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience;
 - Track candidates and prospects in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse);
 - Positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates;
 - Contact passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs while keeping in mind our company’s diversity goals;
 - Leverage multiple recruiting sources and internet sourcing techniques to identify candidates;
 - Work closely with our recruiting team and hiring managers to develop and maintain a strong candidate flow in order to meet quarterly hiring goals;
 - Interview and screen potential candidates, all while keeping our ATS up to date;
 - Partner closely with hiring managers, talent partners, recruiting and sourcing leaders to positively impact hiring;
 - Be able to work across internal teams while handling multiple requirements, reviewing candidate profiles and updating candidate pool.
 
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and sense of personal accountability;
 - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
 - BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience;
 - Proven organizational skills with attention to detail;
 - Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings);
 - 3-5 years of technical sourcing experience;
 - Creativity, flexibility, and the innate ability to problem-solve complex problems and navigate complicated situations with ease.
