Our company is looking for a Temp Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring effective equipment operation to include printer, fax and copy machines;
  • Mail sorting/handling/delivery on a daily basis;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Stock common areas with consumables (coffee, kitchen supplies, etc.);
  • Utilize and manage company purchasing card;
  • Maintain master schedule for conference rooms; deconflict meetings and locate alternative space as needed;
  • Ability to work autonomously while also coordinating with several different business areas within the organization;
  • Create purchase orders/purchase requisitions and track payment of vendor invoices using PAE system.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree preferred;
  • Reliable, professional, courteous and patient;
  • Excellent writing and communication skills;
  • High school diploma required;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
