Responsibilities:

  • Any other job functions delegated to you by the co-owners;
  • Contribute to the planning, marketing, and coordination of promotional events;
  • Seldom assist with cosmetic related procedures and treatments;
  • Communicate and act as a liaison between Tru Essence and other companies of which we obtain supplies;
  • Oversee supply stock and ordering;
  • Manage vendors and reward programs (including reporting) related to products, promotions, and services (e.g., Brilliant Distinctions);

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining all requirements as it relates to HR, regulatory agencies, etc;
  • Partner with sales and marketing to create, develop and market spa programs;
  • Instill, motivate and enhance a guest service attitude in all spa cast members;
  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships with other departments and senior management;
  • Create and inspire a courteous, friendly, professional work environment; Manage positive team building.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organization and time management skills;
  • Experience and skills in budgetary, projections, and cost control;
  • Minimum 5 years of spa management experience in resort spa setting or a luxury hotel spa operation;
  • Professional work experience in local market;
  • Strong communication (verbal & written) & customer-service skills;
  • In-depth knowledge of spa operations to include health, fitness, wellness or related fields;
  • Extensive resort spa and hospitality experience;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in spa management is acceptable.
