Our company is looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our team.

3-5 years’ 5-Axis CNC Experience OR we will train if candidate holds Tech School Certification;
Ability to read blueprints;
Ability to perform the process & produce final quality checks;
Ability to independently set-up and operate assigned equipment;
Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified;
Ability to load and unload machine with first piece checks and required documentation;
Notifies management of product discrepancies, equipment malfunctions and/or personal injuries.;
Provide timelines to clients;
Use hand lift truck, overhead pendant controlled crane or hoist to lift, move or position product in work or storage area;
Performs other related duties as assigned;
Maintains work areas in a clean, orderly and safe manner to include returning tools to designated areas.;
Aligning material and putting together parts to build more complex units;
Must be able to read engineering drawings and understand tolerances;
Good verbal and written communication skills;
Inspect using basic inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, depth gage, etc.).

Good hand/eye coordination;
Basic computer navigation and utilization skills;
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift;
Manufacturing experience;
High School Diploma or GED;
Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem and to think in such a way as to produce a new concept or idea;
Must be able to set up and operate more than one machine;
Solid work history;
High attention to detail and self-motivation skills;
Knowledge in the use of Calipers, micrometers, depth gauges and other inspection equipment;
Must be able to safely use a lift or hoist to load large plates into machines;
Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs;
General Machining knowledge;
Mid-level – 2+ years of manufacturing experience is required;
General mechanical ability.
