Our company is looking for a CNC Operator – 2nd Shift to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Plans machining by studying work orders, engineering drawings, materials, specifications and machining parameters;
  • Setup and operate a variety of CNC equipment to produce high precision coupling components using engineering drawings and specifications;
  • Consistently maintain a clean and organized work area;
  • Performing and documenting in-process QA inspections;
  • Perform follow-up operations, such as deburring, marking, and cleaning parts as required;
  • Meeting production schedules and standard timeframes established for setup and cycle times.

Requirements:

  • Frequently lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds using mechanical equipment;
  • Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations;
  • Climb ladders of varying heights;
  • Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, grasp, and perform repetitive motions;
  • Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 pounds;
  • High School Diploma;
  • Regularly stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time;
  • 2 years CNC operator and set up experience preferred.
