Our company is looking for a Quality Inspector to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • May assist in training as assigned;
  • Communicate about quality with other shifts and departments verbally and through written documents according to established procedures;
  • Assist in break relieves and helps out in production area when needed;
  • May draft procedures and assist with validating or troubleshooting testing methods, including assays;
  • Inspect labeling for the finished product;
  • Identify processes, situations, etc., where organization is meeting requirements, as well as identify opportunities for improvement;
  • Monitoring production process to ensure sanitation standards;
  • Cutting sample parts with miter saw;
  • Inspecting finished products;
  • Performs inspections of company products to determine conformance with specifications;
  • Daily check of parts on each line;
  • Compiles final document and data packages per specific customer requirements;
  • Respond to quality incidents such as OOS in-process results, foreign materials, spills, equipment failure etc;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Training for inspection activities.

Requirements:

  • Comply with all Safety, Regulatory, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs);
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to lead by example and make timely business decisions;
  • Ability to perform complex shop mathematics;
  • Efficient and appropriate use of resources of the company such as materials, machines, time and others;
  • Basic knowledge in navigation and use of the Windows operating system in a networked environment;
  • Knowledge of standards, specifications and publications of job related duties;
  • Two years of relevant experience in high-tech electronics manufacturing with specific experience in quality control inspection;
  • Assist in internal, customer, and regulatory audits;
  • Able to interpret engineering blueprints and follow Quality control specifics;
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately, follow instructions/schedules/timelines and handle multiple priorities;
  • Ability to interpret instructions and drawings to effectively inspect product;
  • Two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of cGMP is necessary;
  • Must have reliable transportation;
  • Perform regular assessments on incoming, in-process and outgoing Quality by using product documentation such as BOMs, Drawings, ECO, and deviations.
