Responsibilities:
- Ad hoc Reporting in response to client specific requests, including sustainability analysis, energy trend analysis and procurement reporting;
- Mentoring, training and supervising a team of three to six analysts;
- Preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and settlements;
- Special Projects which may include metering, utility system analysis and property utility allocation analysis;
- Monitoring and analyzing departmental workflows to develop efficiencies while maintaining a high level of accuracy;
- Ensure the satisfaction of all clients and their tenants by providing a superior level of service.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management, project management and follow through skills;
- BA/BS in Accounting, Business, Energy, Engineering, Computer Science or similar analytical discipline, preferred;
- 3– 5 years of supervisory experience;
- Ability to compile and consolidate multiple analyses into client level consolidated reports;
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to interface with all levels within our clients’ organizations;
- Previous related work experience with knowledge of energy calculations, sustainability concepts or commercial real estate experience preferred.
