Our company is looking for a Experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team.


  • Greet visitors (residents, future residents and internal team members);
  • Prepare service requests;
  • Prepare move-in / move-out notices, inspections or procedures;
  • Prepare refreshments;
  • Prepare and submit application materials for approval;
  • Follow up with prospects after viewing homes or submitting applications;
  • Prepare leasing documents;
  • Plans and coordinates events;
  • Answer inquiries by phone and email;
  • Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data, and assist with other computer data entry as necessary;
  • Assist with planning and hosting of resident functions;
  • Inspect units for move-ins to ensure units are ready;
  • Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and that of major competition;
  • Accurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork;
  • Deliver new resident gifts and move in packets.


  • Office skills: customer service, typing, clerical, computer, telephone;
  • Best candidates are friendly, outgoing and display a positive, upbeat attitude;
  • Must have minimum 1 year customer service and/or sales experience;
  • Self-motivated individuals who are excellent multi-taskers and HIGHLY reliable excel in this role;
  • Ability to be prompt and on time every day;
  • Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision;
  • Professional Appearance;
  • High school education;
  • Bilingual language skills is a plus;
  • PLUS: HUD, Section 8, tax credit experience;
  • MUST: 2+ years’ customer service and/or sales experience;
