Our company is looking for a Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accurately representing all ATI nursing products, product updates, service offerings and new technologies;
  • Working in a sales capacity to ensure service coverage, always keeping abreast of current market conditions in the nursing education field;
  • Provide information and/or follow up on customer needs as requested;
  • Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments;
  • Evaluate customer needs and build productive long lasting relationships;
  • “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (cold calling, marketing, presentations etc);
  • Meet personal and team sales targets;
  • Maintain and expand client database;
  • Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads;
  • Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data;
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies and evaluate their effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Participates in territory Management;
  • Experience having adapted personal communication and work styles with geographical attitudinal differences;
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications;
  • Strong business acumen;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and resources simultaneously;
  • Strong relationship building skills;
  • Success forming multiple customer relationships which have resulted in long-term relationships;
  • Ability to travel 60%+ of the time to customer meetings, corporate training’s, and conferences;
  • Ability to climb ladders and get on roofs;
  • Reliable Vehicle;
  • Outgoing personality;
  • Knowledge of legal industry, particularly personal injury, is a plus (but not required);
  • Valid driver’s license.
