Our company is looking for a Outside Sales Professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs;
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc;
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity;
  • Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person;
  • Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability;
  • Develops and maintains a database of qualified leads using proven sales strategies/techniques;
  • Manages multiple large projects simultaneously across multiple clients to ensure timely and quality completion of all deliverables;
  • Completes all required client/project paperwork;
  • Builds and fosters relationships and a network of referrals in the local community to create new opportunities for revenue growth;
  • Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues;
  • Maintains accurate documentation for sales and prospecting activities and provides status reports as needed;
  • Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments;
  • Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients using various FASTSIGNS products;
  • Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals and obstacles via weekly sales training calls;
  • Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Requirements:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs;
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc;
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity;
  • Able to effectively and efficiently organize, prioritize, and manage clients, team members, and work;
  • Able to work without direct supervision;
  • At least one year of business to business outside sales experience;
  • Proficient computer and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite;
  • Basic math skills;
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • valid driver’s license;
  • Strong consultative selling skills/experience;
  • Proven experience achieving goals and business objectives;
  • Superior relationship building, networking, and customer service skills;
  • Fundamental understanding of sales skills and techniques.
