Our company is looking for a Outside Sales Professional to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs;
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc;
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity;
- Develop contact with potential customers in the industry by cold calling, emailing or scheduling meetings in person;
- Create new methods or strategies to help the sales team reach monthly goals for product revenue to increase company profitability;
- Develops and maintains a database of qualified leads using proven sales strategies/techniques;
- Manages multiple large projects simultaneously across multiple clients to ensure timely and quality completion of all deliverables;
- Completes all required client/project paperwork;
- Builds and fosters relationships and a network of referrals in the local community to create new opportunities for revenue growth;
- Identifies and resolves customer satisfaction issues;
- Maintains accurate documentation for sales and prospecting activities and provides status reports as needed;
- Establishes and maintains effective team relationships with all support departments;
- Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients using various FASTSIGNS products;
- Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, goals and obstacles via weekly sales training calls;
- Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
Requirements:
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs;
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc;
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity;
- Able to effectively and efficiently organize, prioritize, and manage clients, team members, and work;
- Able to work without direct supervision;
- At least one year of business to business outside sales experience;
- Proficient computer and Internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite;
- Basic math skills;
- Very strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- valid driver’s license;
- Strong consultative selling skills/experience;
- Proven experience achieving goals and business objectives;
- Superior relationship building, networking, and customer service skills;
- Fundamental understanding of sales skills and techniques.
