Responsibilities:
- Be able to assist salons in increasing service dollars and retail dollars through a consultative sales approach;
- Be able to work some evenings and weekends as requested by Fineline or Director of Sales;
- Attend all company sponsored trainings and education events;
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and high quality customer service;
- Create an effective territory route to ensure the most efficient workday;
- Agree to accept the responsibility to meet sales goals and increase sales activity in assigned territory.
Requirements:
- Gmail, Google drive (Docs, Sheets);
- Ability to cold call and develop a relationship with new clients;
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills;
- Must be very goal oriented;
- Track record of accomplished sales goals;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable with public speaking;
- 2+ years sales experience;
- iOS/Android OS;
- Capable of building strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
