Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Customer Service to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service;
  • Other duties assigned as needed;
  • Provide assistance and support for outside sales;
  • Assist with counter sales when needed;
  • turning around sales inquiries into orders and;
  • moving it along to Supply Chain/Production/Shipping departments to get them built and out the door;
  • Data and order entry;
  • working with Regional Sales Managers;
  • Provide quotes to customers on standard products;
  • Identify excess inventory or low selling products, make recommendations for discounting, recalling or modifying listing to improve sales;
  • Mark customer orders on hold in order management software if applicable;
  • Monitor and remedy any account performance notifications, overall account health and reconcile inbound inventory;
  • Monitor on-hold orders for payments received;
  • Monitor all eCommerce listings for quality, accuracy, placement and pricing and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Receive all sales orders and input into order management software.

Requirements:

  • 1 + years in customer service or sales environment preferred;
  • Product knowledge of bearings, power transmission components, industrial supplies is a plus;
  • Ability to multitask and manage time well;
  • Basic Computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Organized, attention to detail, reliable;
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills;
  • Familiarity with the standard practices, concepts and procedures within the field to give you a competitive edge;
  • Strong phone presence;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Proficient with Microsoft office products such as Outlook, Excel, Word;
  • Strong listening and presentation skills;
  • At least 2+ years in a customer service position.
