Our company is looking for a Inside Sales to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Find new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up through customer calls and emails;
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients;
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients;
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support;
  • Follow through with orders to insure on time deliveries to customers;
  • Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects;
  • Detail oriented and organized;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Enter orders into system;
  • Work with yard foreman to insure material is ready for delivery;
  • Process paperwork for both inbound and outbound deliveries;
  • Scheduling meetings;
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all relevant customer issues, pricing and billing procedures, and collections status;
  • Carefully review PO numbers and dollar amounts to ensure accuracy;
  • Finding new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

Requirements:

  • Detail oriented, organized, accurate documentation skills;
  • 5+years of Inside Sales, outbound calling, B2B industrial sales experience;
  • Previous experience with goal/quota based work and proven achievement of goals/quotas;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
  • Proven inside sales and customer service experience;
  • Excellent and efficient written and verbal communication skills;
  • Must have Troubleshooting and problem solving skills;
  • Must accept constructive criticism;
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers;
  • Call center or rental counter experience preferred;
