Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Rep to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Competitive spirit and a drive to be successful;
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to customer support for your accounts;
  • Work closely with the RSM related to partner quotes and new license contracts;
  • Support filed RSM on Sales Development activity with leads and target accounts;
  • Become a trusted resources and develop firm relationships with the RSM and CAM’s to increase communication and productivity;
  • Addressing/resolving issues with current customers (quality, AR, etc.);
  • Assist the RSM to help clean up the pipeline;
  • Services and grows relationships in existing base of clients;
  • Overcomes prospective customer objections and/or obstacles with a positive, energetic and optimistic attitude;
  • Strong ability to multi-task, including conversing while navigating our CRM system and multiple internet windows;
  • Providing strong service support and coordination for customers;
  • Identify and align resources, action plans and communications required to execute account plans and resolve issues;
  • Will assist the Regional Sales Managers with quoting new opportunities;
  • Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional;
  • Understanding customer requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience (building products industry preferred);
  • Previous front-line customer service experience;
  • Exhibit complete confidentiality of proprietary company business;
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc;
  • Results oriented, strong work ethic, integrity, and excellent attendance expected;
  • Flexibility and desire to take on additional responsibilities;
  • High energy, positive, can do person;
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, be a self-starter, detail oriented, product knowledge;
  • Not afraid to pick up the phone and work hard;
  • Team player and proactive personality;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • We’re looking for a dynamic and bright person with can-do attitude;
  • Ability to develop relationships over the phone and one on one;
