Responsibilities:

  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet;
  • Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Ensure Customers are transitioned effectively from phone and internet contact to their in-store experience;
  • Oversee CRM usage;
  • Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources;
  • Utilize CRM tracking system daily;
  • Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrity;
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately;
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs;
  • Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management;
  • Handle all incoming internet email leads;
  • Develop and maintain the new hire and interview processes for all BDC reps/appointment coordinators;
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show;
  • Manage business development representatives for lead generation process.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in ecommerce automotive sales;
  • Must be able to meet the hour’s requirement for the position;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Proven leadership ability to mentor and train others;
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen;
  • Must have sales experience;
  • Answer inquiries for vehicles via email, chat, and phone call;
  • Observe and mentor the team to encourage good habits, work ethic and “Exceptional Customer Service” at all times;
  • Must have strong computer skills;
  • Prompt and courteous;
  • Enthusiastic personality;
  • Exercise an appropriate level of courtesy, tact, and professional communications in dealing with customers and team members;
