Marketing Representative Job Description Template
Our company is looking for a Marketing Representative to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Attend Department, Company, and Individual Meetings as requested;
- Responsible for advertising/ public relations of WeCare brand and of the services provided;
- Promote Our Education Presentations;
- Promote and Share our Company Vision of Solution-Oriented Services;
- Following sales leads by calling new clients and offices;
- Responsible for performing follow up with all unconverted potential clients in prospective status; and documenting accordingly;
- Tracks referrals, client intakes and conducts follow up as necessary;
- Serve as a liaison with graphic designer for marketing materials such as posters, fliers, business ads, etc;
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned;
- We are looking for an energetic, dependable and fun team member for this position;
- Pre-plans and arranges pre-determined number of calls per day; documents calls and encounters;
- Generating proposal requests;
- Opportunities to Assist/Present at Agent Office Meetings;
- Maintain/Update Route Database with Systematized Follow Up Procedure;
- Attend Real Estate Events We Sponsor, LIBOR Events, Real Estate Office Lunches & Breakfasts, Charity Events, Picnics, Fundraisers, etc.
Requirements:
- Authorization to work in the United States;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends;
- Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn;
- Fluency in English (speak, read, write);
- Minimum 1 year of proven customer service experience;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and good work ethic;
- Prior sales experience a plus;
- Ability to multi-task. Must be able to prioritize duties on a daily basis in response to rapidly changing needs;
- Ability to travel; valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report per company standards required if traveling;
- Ability to work flexible hours as required;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Strong commitment to the goals, mission, and philosophy of the organization;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrates ability to utilize computer for windows based programs, telephones, voicemail, fax machine, and other common office devices.
