Our company is looking for a Merchandise Associate to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Performs other duties as assigned;
- Organize, stock and remove any damaged or outdated products (beer and non-alcoholic beverages) in Grocery Stores;
- Accurately stock and rotate products onto shelves from backroom inventories as required;
- Communicate all retail opportunities/issues to manager and/or retail account representative;
- Support the Sales Department through safe and efficient product placement and display building.
Requirements:
- Must be able to learn the details of the line and effectively communicate to cross-functional teams;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task;
- Adaptable in a fast paced, high growth work environment;
- Must be able to problem solve and weigh different options to determine how to best accomplish a task in a timely manner;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
