Our company is looking for a Onboarding Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify possible risks with the client on a continual basis during the project live cycle;
  • Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time;
  • Assist and focus client in directing resources and efforts to achieve project goals;
  • Must have a background in Education or Educational Theory;
  • Translate nursing practice information between nurses, systems engineers, analysts, and designers in an object-oriented software solution;
  • Identify client-associated risks and provide actions or solutions;
  • Provide Project Manager with overall project summary;
  • Configure the application, based on user needs and industry standards;
  • Assist in gathering information needed for custom reports;
  • Address client’s application issues and close all issues before transition to Support;
  • Determine clinical requirements and establish partnership with client for successful implementation for the project team (client, vendors, and SIS);
  • Review, assess, and help manage the application scope of work and scheduling;
  • Exposure to and use of ASC billing practices;
  • Attend on-site client visits throughout implementation to give a hands-on approach to the implementation process;
  • Train users on the application.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of perioperative regulatory compliance and best practice recommendations;
  • Skill in problem solving in order to provide issue resolution and troubleshoot where necessary;
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and apply them to new situations;
  • Experience in teaching/ on-boarding software applications;
  • Ability to take initiative and be a self-starter while working on projects;
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment while taking ownership for one’s piece(s) of the project;
  • Experience with ASC Billing Practices;
  • 3+ years experience in project management or technical operations in the digital video delivery space;
  • Strong understanding of streaming video specs including video codecs, closed caption formats and stream output types;
  • Expert project management skills including the ability to take on several projects at once;
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Develop a comprehensive and engaging training and onboarding curriculum for new setup operations staff;
  • Revise and implement an objective-based training curriculum for newly onboarded Guest Communications Representatives;
  • Develop an accessible employee manual where fully onboarded operations employees are able to reference essential information, as needed.
