Our company is looking for a Regional Sales Representative to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales;
  • Continuously improve through feedback;
  • Source and develop client referrals;
  • Promote products/services to new and existing customers;
  • Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship;
  • Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, share with team;
  • Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction;
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships to to prolong customer lifetime value;
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers;
  • Effectively reach agreed upon sales targets and deliver results;
  • Provide dynamic solutions by using a working knowledge of steel and service center functions;
  • Develops aspects of the sales plan pertaining to the region;
  • Performs marketing support to promote the Company’s brand throughout the industry;
  • Active participation in trade shows and professional societies;
  • Help promote Premier as a place of employment for viable technicians and engineers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Ability to create and deliver client presentations;
  • Computer literacy, especially with MS Office;
  • Ability to be on the road visiting prospective clients, current customers, vendors, etc;
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis;
  • Self-motivated, strong desire to achieve personal, professional growth;
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills;
  • Maintain work-life balance;
  • Adhere to sales process standards with a focus on transparency into attainment of short and long-term revenue goals;
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM software;
  • Ownership for a defined book of business and attaining sales goals within a specified geographic region;
  • Other duties as assigned;
  • Must have experience selling in the manufacturing industry;
  • Must have intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Must be able to communicate with Premier Owners and Managers.
