Our company is looking for a Inside Sales Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound phone calls and emails from contractor and retail customers requesting quotes or placing orders;
  • Develop new channels of distribution based on existing customers;
  • Respond to incoming web and phone inquiries from potential new customers;
  • Prepare and present quotations for prospect accounts and/or create in CRM for transfer to Account Management;
  • Research current customers, and contact similar businesses, use existing accounts as leverage to gain entry in that business channel;
  • Contact and reactivate dormant customer accounts and open/unconverted leads;
  • Build out collateral and sales process to help engage transactional on buying subscription;
  • Engage transactional customers around the success event and helping them get value from the platform;
  • Work with Account Management team post-sales to ensure expectations and transition is fluid;
  • Managing incoming leads by directing them through the correct process flows and bringing them to a timely close;
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships through the sales and onboarding process;
  • Ensuring timely responses & follow-up to various teams throughout a project;
  • Generate new business utilizing telemarking and direct calling;
  • Close business on the phone and exceed quota levels;
  • Generate and analyze new leads.

  • Creative thinker focused on driving new business;
  • Understanding and working knowledge of the sales process, from prospect to qualifying including needs analysis, quoting and closing;
  • Self-motivated and manages time efficiently;
  • Excellent communication skills, both on the phone and in face-to-face meetings;
  • Experience in selling technology products;
  • Work well independently and in a team environment;
  • Great time management skills and ability to self-manage;
  • Great phone and email skills;
  • Be a self-motivated and independently driven team leader;
  • A four-year college degree strongly preferred;
  • Good track record meeting objectives in sales;
  • The ability to upsell existing customer on new programs and solutions;
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Knows how to be a team player.
