Our company is looking for a Sr. Sales Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the Account Executive and client with fresh thinking on new technology and applications;
  • Conduct bid reviews, take-offs and submittal preparation;
  • Promote a balanced commitment to customer & project team satisfaction while working within project constraints (scope, budget, and schedule);
  • Work with the Sales Executive to define the project plan including scope, costs and milestone schedules and get formal project approval;
  • Assist with project closeout making sure to take the appropriate steps and measures to ensure final acceptance by the client;
  • Maintain awareness of internal product roadmap to evangelize with customers and solicit, synthesize and communicate their feedback internally;
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the customers’ architectural solutions/environment;
  • Understand and qualify customer goals and then effectively articulate Labelbox’s ability to meet these goals;
  • Ensure the success of customer POCs through effective management of success criteria, planning and technical execution;
  • Assist in sales stages across the lifecycle in a technical pre-sales capacity;
  • Support the development of externally facing technical literature such as documentation, blog posts, and case studies;
  • Distill and advocate customer interests, needs and product feedback to Product and Engineering;
  • Build custom demos and proof-of-concept implementations to demonstrate key customer use cases;
  • Continuously learn and improve skills in software, computer vision, and machine learning.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills;
  • Experience presenting to C-suite executives;
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Telecommunications, Information Technology and Managed Service Provider industries;
  • Must be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists;
  • Must have CTS, Both CTS & CTS-D preferred;
  • RCDD or Cisco CCENT a greater plus;
  • Ability to travel 10% to 25%
  • Experience: 10+ years’ experience providing design and engineering support in the AV/IT industry;
  • Python, Javascript, Go, Node, or similar;
  • Must have a good understanding of building codes;
  • Passionate about solving customer problems;
  • 2 years of experience using AutoCAD or Visio preferred;
  • Technical background with hands on professional or personal experience in one or more of the following areas;
  • Must have proficiency with the use of Windows and Apple software;
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales/solutions engineering/solutions architecture/technical consulting role ideally in the B2B SaaS space.
