Our company is looking for a Task Order Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure submittal of Task Order Deliverables in accordance with the contract;
  • Meet and interact with Government Personnel and Client Representatives in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Task Order;
  • Plan and direct Task Order Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing;
  • Manage Travel Authorizations and Expense Reports;
  • Manage Task Order Employees and Subcontractor Staff at multiple geographic locations;
  • Organize, direct, and coordinate execution of Task Order activities within negotiated time frames;
  • Develop and submit a Monthly Task Order Status Report;
  • Manager Task Order Daily Operations;
  • Review Trip Reports for each Task Order Trip completed;
  • Supports the Program Manager and is the single point of contact to manage all Task Order Operational and Administrative Matters;
  • Managing/approving logistics operations for assigned task orders;
  • Generating sales/orders outlooks for assigned task orders;
  • Managing the TSA Requirements Management Advisory Group (ReMAG) process for activities on the task order;
  • Leading communications with equipment manufacturers to determine schedules and approving pricing of OEM deployment efforts;
  • Providing clear leadership, technical direction, and guidance to all task order personnel.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and comfortable presenting to customers both virtually and in-person;
  • Construction Management experience in airport environments at larger (CAT X or CAT I) sites;
  • Leadership and management of geographically dispersed teams;
  • Experience as a site lead on TSA SESI or TEDS projects;
  • Experience as a task order manager on other TSA SESI or TEDS projects;
  • BA/BS preferably in engineering or business-related discipline; Master’s Degree in related field is preferred;
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time to various project sites;
  • Current Public Trust security clearance and DHS Suitability (TSA EOD);
  • Ability to thrive and create professional resolutions in adverse situations with minimal guidance or oversight;
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance;
  • 5+ years of experience in Airport Project Management;
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional PMP Certification.
