Accounting Book Keeper Remote Job

Indianapolis, IN

Now hiring for an Indianapolis Accounting Administrator.

Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping functions

Prepare and maintain financial reports and records

Assist with payroll processing and related reporting

Administer employee benefits and pension programs

Respond to benefits, payroll, and administrative inquiries

Support member organizations with financial and administrative needs

Maintain accurate and confidential records

Assist with office operations and special projects

Qualifications:

Accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, or related administrative experience

Knowledge of financial reporting and accounting processes

Experience with employee benefits or payroll administration preferred

Strong customer service and communication skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Demonstrated discretion with confidential information

Service-minded professional with a collaborative approach and a desire to help others

This is a hybrid position, with one day remote.
