In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of complex insurance coverage matters, including both first-party and third-party claims. You will collaborate with partners and attorneys while taking an active role in analyzing coverage issues, developing case strategy, communicating with clients, and handling coverage litigation from inception through resolution.

The position offers meaningful exposure to sophisticated coverage issues and the opportunity to expand your experience across multiple lines of insurance.

Collaborate with partners and attorneys on sophisticated and complex insurance coverage matters

Analyze coverage issues and draft coverage opinions and coverage position letters

Handle all aspects of coverage litigation, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and case strategy

Advise clients on a broad range of insurance coverage issues and potential exposures

Prepare detailed reporting, legal analysis, and recommendations for clients

Handle matters involving a variety of coverage lines, jurisdictions, and legal issues

JD from an accredited law school

• 5+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience
• Strong experience drafting coverage opinions involving areas such as:
• Commercial General Liability (CGL)
• Experience handling both first-party and third-party claims

Excellent analytical, legal writing, and communication skills
