As the Program Coordinator for the Fontana Area, you\'ll become the primary Soccer Shots representative for your assigned schools and childcare partners. You\'ll deliver exceptional soccer enrichment programs, build meaningful relationships with directors, teachers, and families, develop new community partnerships, and play an important role in expanding our impact throughout the Fontana community.

While the role may begin as part-time , our vision is to quickly develop it into a full-time leadership position as programs and partnerships continue to expand throughout the Fontana Area. Soccer Shots is one of the nation\'s leading children\'s enrichment franchises, serving children ages 18 months through 10 years .

Our nationally recognized curriculum combines age-appropriate soccer instruction with character development to help children build confidence, respect, teamwork, determination, and a lifelong love of being active.

The Program Coordinator is the Area Lead who oversees Soccer Shots programs throughout the Fontana Area, with a primary focus on preschool and early childhood programs while supporting continued growth into youth programs and community partnerships.

This role combines leadership, coaching, relationship management, community outreach, and program development. You\'ll ensure every child receives a fun, engaging, educational, and safe Soccer Shots experience while serving as the trusted point of contact for your assigned schools and childcare centers.

Coach engaging, age-appropriate Soccer Shots sessions for children ages 18 months through 10 years.

Teach soccer fundamentals through imaginative games and activities.

Foster confidence, teamwork, respect, perseverance, and character development in every child.

Create a safe, welcoming, inclusive environment where every child can succeed.

Manage daily program operations, attendance, scheduling, equipment, and program quality.

Maintain high standards of professionalism, organization, communication, and customer service.

Serve as the primary Soccer Shots contact for Fontana area preschools, childcare centers, schools, and community partners.

Develop strong, lasting relationships with preschool directors, teachers, and staff.

Represent Soccer Shots with enthusiasm, professionalism, and integrity throughout the community.

Grow Our Community Partnerships

Develop and strengthen long-term partnerships with preschool directors, childcare centers, schools, and community organizations.

Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that bring Soccer Shots to more children and families.

Represent Soccer Shots during school visits, networking opportunities, and community events.

Partner with leadership to launch new school accounts and community programs.

Help maintain coaching excellence across multiple locations.

This position offers a pathway toward full-time employment as our programs continue to grow.

Weekdays between approximately 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM , with daily schedules varying based on school requirements and locations.

Additional evening or weekend opportunities may be available for community events, public programs, camps, or special activities.

Minimum of 12 completed semester units in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Child Development (required).

Experience working with young children in a preschool, childcare, educational, recreation, or youth sports environment.

Genuine passion for working with children and helping them learn, grow, and succeed.

Strong leadership, communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Because Soccer Shots partners with licensed preschools and childcare centers, applicants must also satisfy all employment requirements necessary to work in licensed childcare settings, including:

Successfully pass a Child Abuse History Clearance , if required.

Provide proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps & Rubella) immunization.

Provide proof of Tdap (Tetanus, Diphtheria & Pertussis) vaccination.

Maintain any additional health clearances required by partnering schools or childcare facilities.

Reliable transportation with the ability to travel throughout the Fontana Area.

Ability to actively coach outdoors by standing, jogging, demonstrating soccer skills, and enthusiastically engaging with children throughout each session.

Competitive pay: $22-$25 per hour , depending on experience
