Reception & Administrative Professional

Mental Health Systems

Administrative support duties and responsibilities such as reception, filing, phones, reports, ordering supplies, and sorting mail.

  • Communication and clerical duties. Administrative support for the PM i.e., Use and navigate Microsoft Office software, spreadsheets, databases.
  • Log receipt of checks and/or cash, deposit in appropriate account through designated channels.
  • Aid in general operation of facility including organization and cleanliness, errands, office supplies inventory, ordering, and office equipment maintenance.
  • Open clients in EHR and enter data such as demographics.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid CA driver's license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • If substance use disorder program a negative tuberculosis test (TB) is conducted under licensed medical supervision within 45 working days of hire or within 5 working days of employment and valid cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification upon hire or within 90-days of employment.
