# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN) – Bone Marrow Transplant & Hematology Oncology – Ohio Start Date: October 19, 2026
Schedule: 12-hour shifts with rotating day/night possibilities; shift assignments reviewed every 4-week scheduling period based on unit needs
Specialized oncology unit focusing on bone marrow transplant, hematology, and mixed acuity progressive care

• Advanced treatment modalities including autologous, allogeneic, and syngeneic transplants, plus CAR-T therapy
• 36-bed unit with daily census of approximately 33 patients; EPIC charting system utilized
• Float opportunities to other Medical-Surgical Oncology units

Active RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required)
Minimum 2 years of acute care nursing experience
Minimum 1 year of current inpatient hematology oncology experience required
EPIC charting system experience required
Nursing degree from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program
Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only)
Central line management including blood draws and sterile dressing changes
Port access and management, PICC line care
Telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
You will care for patients with a variety of hematologic malignancies and conditions, including:

Orientation: 72 hours of specialized unit orientation
Equipment: GE telemetry system, Alaris pumps, Stryker beds, bladder scanners
