Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. Preparing and drafting legal documents, such as legal briefs, pleadings

Managing insurance defense litigation from inception

Conducting legal research and analysis of statutes, legal decisions to prepare legal documents, such as briefs, pleadings for review, hearings, and trials.

Maintaining professional competence by participating in continuing education programs, reading legal publications, and participating in professional organizations.

Collaborating with other attorneys in the firm

A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation attorney, with a focus on civil litigation and insurance defense.

Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

A proven track record of achieving positive legal outcomes for clients.

Candidates must be local to the Austin area.
