As an Occupational Therapist (PRN) , you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, focusing on their strengths, abilities, and goals. You will work in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches, including occupational therapy, to enhance our residents' physical, cognitive, and emotional well-being. Your expertise in occupational therapy will enable our residents to regain independence, build confidence, and achieve their maximum potential.

Design and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans for our residents

Conduct assessments, evaluations, and treatments, using a variety of techniques, including occupational therapy, to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs

Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to develop and update treatment plans

Identify and address patient needs, providing education and support to residents and their families

Participate in staff development and training programs to stay current with best practices and industry developments
