Shift Time: Tuesday to Saturday 2:00pm to 10:30pm

Together, we will become the world's leading cancer reference laboratory.

The Facilities Tech I will be responsible for general building maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized facility on a daily basis and support Facilities personnel as needed.

General building maintenance (light electrical, plumbing, drywall repair, lighting replacement, and other facility related issues).

Furniture assembly, teardown and modification.

Assist in relocation of staff as needed.

Assist 3rd party maintenance personnel as needed.

Responsible for maintaining a neat and orderly facility.

Facility/ EHS daily, weekly, and monthly inspections.

Quality Specific Goals:

Aware of and comply with the NeoGenomics Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position.

Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.

Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

Knowledge and understanding of Facilities Work Instructions and the ability to operate within their scope and parameters.

The ability to accurately understand and complete facility related documentation as it applies to facility infrastructure requirements.

High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1+ years of experience in general building maintenance and repair.
• Flexible work schedule (On call).
• Basic computer skills.

• Other duties as assigned by Facilities Management.
• Work Schedule Tuesday through Saturday.
• Travel (as required)
