HR Generalist (Training & Employee Relations)

ReadyOne in El Paso, Texas, is seeking a Corporate HR Generalist to serve as a trusted HR business partner, providing support to the Training Manager and CHRO on various HR initiatives. The role encompasses hands-on generalist support, employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance, as well as program coordination for training and development.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills in English and Spanish. A commitment to organizational values and supporting diverse populations is essential.
