Join a well-established boutique litigation firm in Tampa!
We are working with a busy boutique law firm in Tampa, FL that is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their IP/Trademark team! The firm represents major trademark owners in managing their trademark portfolios, and routinely handles copyright and trademark registration, policing, and related disputes.

Tampa, FL (this is an on-site position)

Paralegal will support attorneys in complex litigation, trademark and copyright matters, media law, and general business disputes.

Assist attorneys with litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation.

Prepare, proofread, revise, and file legal documents in state and federal courts.

Maintain litigation calendars and track court deadlines, hearings, and case milestones.

Coordinate document production, exhibits, and attorney materials for hearings, mediations, and trials.

Assist with trademark searches, applications, filings, renewals, and portfolio management.

Prepare and maintain trademark and copyright records and databases.

Assist with cease-and-desist matters, enforcement efforts, and intellectual property litigation support.

An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies or a related area is preferred with at least 2 to 4 years of paralegal experience in a similar job or a Paralegal Certificate with 5+ years experience.

Experience supporting intellectual property, trademark, media, or commercial litigation practices.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
