We're Hiring: HR Coordinator
We're seeking a dependable, organized HR Coordinator to support a pediatric facility that provides inpatient and long-term care. This role helps keep staffing operations running smoothly so care teams can focus on supporting children and their families.
What you'll do:
Coordinate staff schedules and help maintain coverage across care teams
Support staffing needs, including recruiting and onboarding
Communicate with staff about schedules, availability, and updates
Keep employee and scheduling records organized
Provide day-to-day administrative support for HR activities
What we're looking for:
Strong organization and communication skills
A professional, approachable manner
Reliability and attention to detail
Experience in HR, scheduling, staffing, or healthcare administration is helpful
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Pay: $20-$24 per hour
