We are seeking an experienced AR, AP / Bookkeeper to support our accounting operations and contribute to the company’s continued growth. This is a fully onsite position, with the potential for one remote day per week after the onboarding period.
Perform general accounting functions, including financial analysis
- Evaluate and improve financial controls and projections
- Work independently with limited supervision and take ownership of responsibilities
- Assist with daily, monthly, and annual reporting, along with special projects
- Support purchasing and inventory processes as needed
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams
- Reconcile various accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
Strong analytical and accounting skills with knowledge of GAAP
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using QuickBooks Online
- 4 or more years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Experience with variance analysis and general ledger accounting
- Experience with leasing or contract accounting is a plus
