Litigation Attorney (flexible remote)

Position Overview
We are looking for a Civil Litigation Attorney to join our General Liability and Auto Defense practice. This position offers remote or hybrid flexibility, with occasional in‑person court appearances throughout New York.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a full caseload from initial evaluation through settlement or trial.

Handle all aspects of case management, ensuring deadlines and litigation strategy are effectively maintained.

Draft and argue motions.

Conduct and defend depositions.

Manage discovery and participate in hearings, arbitrations, and court appearances.

Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve successful client outcomes.

Develop litigation strategies and provide practical legal solutions.

Qualifications

Active admission to the New York State Bar.

Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience.

Experience handling case management, motion practice, and discovery.

Experience with hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and court appearances.

Strong analytical, writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload while working collaboratively with a team.

Compensation

Salary starting at $100,000, commensurate with experience.
