Fulltime - HR Generalist

A growing home healthcare organization is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join its Brooklyn team. This is a senior, hands-on HR role with responsibilities similar to an HR Manager, including employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, manager coaching, and HR operations. Serve as a senior HR resource for employees and managers across a diverse healthcare workforce

Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, workplace concerns, disciplinary actions, and performance issues

Coach managers on performance management, documentation, employee communication, and conflict resolution

Support consistent HR policies, procedures, and employment practices

Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant employee records and HR documentation

Ensure HR practices align with federal, New York State, and New York City employment requirements

5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with significant employee relations responsibility

• Experience as a Senior HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar role preferred
• Strong experience with workplace investigations, performance management, and manager coaching
• Excellent judgment, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
