Spa Receptionist (Weekends)

Urbana Country Club is seeking talented individuals for the opportunity to be a Spa Receptionist in our luxurious Resort and Spa facility. Here, you’ll find a team that’s inclusive, values diversity, and is built on a foundational respect for people from all over. Availability Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays throughout the summer season and through September. Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Implementation of the 3 steps of service to our members and their guests--warm welcomes, magic moments and fond farewells

Knowledge of the proper Spa guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure the safety of our members and their guests

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
