Hospital Oncology Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse - Nursing
Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts
Assignment Details:

Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Requirements:

Nursing license required
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting
Roles & Responsibilities:

Deliver coordinated nursing care to patients following established standards of care and the nursing process.
Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
Coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Participate in staff education and development initiatives.
Advocate for patient needs and ensure a compassionate environment.
