Join a respected boutique litigation defense firm where you'll work alongside experienced attorneys on meaningful civil litigation matters.
Build hands-on experience across the full litigation lifecycle, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Enjoy a hybrid 3 days in office / 2 days remote schedule, subject to client and practice needs.

Litigation experience is preferred, with insurance defense, civil litigation, personal injury, construction defect, or employment litigation experience especially valued.

Manage assigned civil litigation matters through all stages of the case lifecycle with appropriate supervision.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and other litigation documents.
Conduct legal research and prepare written analysis of substantive and procedural issues.
Participate in case strategy, discovery planning, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, court rules, ethical obligations, and firm policies.
Collaborate with experienced attorneys and contribute to high-quality client service.
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

• 1+ year of litigation experience preferred.
• Insurance defense, civil litigation, personal injury, construction defect, or employment litigation experience is a plus.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment.
