Production Machinist (Manufacturing)

Swiss MachinistIn this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our manufacturing process through the following key duties.Responsibilities:Program and optimize CNC programs for Citizen L20 Swiss-type machines using CAD models and GD&T.Perform full machine setups including tooling, guide bushings, offsets, and bar feeders.Manage shop operations by coordinating production schedules, tracking machine utilization, and minimizing downtime.Oversee tooling inventory by selecting, ordering, and maintaining stock levels for cutting tools and consumables.Ensure part quality by conducting first-piece and in-process inspections with precision measurement gauges.Troubleshoot issues related to programming errors, machine alarms, tool wear, and dimensional variations.Essential Skills:5+ years CNC Swiss machining experience5+ years CNC programming experience5+ years CNC setup experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprintsExperience with Citizen L20 machinesKnowledge of CAD/CAMAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Experience with live tooling and complex Swiss machiningExperience machining stainless steel, aluminum, brass, titanium, plastics, and/or other difficult-to-machine materialsWhy Work Here?Join a team that values precision, innovation, and continuous improvement.
